ZAGREB, May 3, 2018 - Prime Minister Andrej Plenković said on Wednesday that Croatia was a responsible state which wished to open new pages of cooperation with all neighbouring countries, and rejected the "negative" and "scandalous" rhetoric coming from Serbia.
