PZ SVIRČE
This cooperative is located in the heart of the island of Hvar in the village of Svirče. After entering the conformity assessment system with the requirements of organic production in 2002, PZ Svirče began their journey to obtain the first Croatian top ecological wines. They are famous for their production of "Ivan Dolac", one of the finest Croatian wines. PZ Svirče also produced the first ecological wine in Croatia, as well as the late wine harvest of the same name.
