Join the World Clean-up 2016 in Hvar town

Let´s do it! World is the biggest organised clean-up action around the world. It all started in Estonia in 2008, when 50.000 people cleaned up the entire country in just five hours. The idea spread and 112 countries and 13,8 million people joined to clean waste around the world.

One of the best nudist camps is located in Vrboska near Jelsa. The whole area has a long tradition in naturism. It was here, at the small island Zečevo opposite the nudist camp, where the whole naturism expansion started many years ago. And while many similar camps in the area closed their doors, Camp Nudist is welcoming its returning guest, year after year, proving to be one of the best places to walk, swim and relax clothes-free.

Kino Mediteran: Great Movies this Friday

I would like to unschool my child. That would mean, no kindergarten, no preschool and no school. I made a decision, when she was a one-year old knowing, that it will not be easy in Croatia (there is no legal option for homeschooling here). Back than, I still had time, but as she grows older and her 6th birthday is getting closer and closer, I am even more curious whether or not I am going to make it here on Hvar.

Biser Mora Culinary Festival: Artichoke Among the Best Traditional Cuisines

While they were forced to take a winter break due to the ongoing paving works on the new Riva in Jelsa, the amazing cooks from Artichoke are not idle and along with preparing a special new spring and summer menu, they were on Brač this weekend to represent Jelsa and Hvar island at the Culinary Festival Biser Mora.
