Over the years, I have become pretty good at identifying Hvar locations from photos, as well as being quick to notice when a photo supposedly from Hvar is not.
And although there are still many secrets to discover from this beautiful island, few will yield a bigger surprise than this, taken yesterday by my good friend Jadran Lazic.
Not fields of lavender, but fields of immortelle, high in the hills of inland Hvar, close to the peak at Sveti Nikola.
