Wine festival
Traditionally held in July at Trg Sv. Justine in Korčula, the ‘Black Island White Wine’ festival celebrates Korčula’s millennia-old tradition of winemaking. Known specifically for their white wines Pošip and Grk, the wines of this region are internationally known for their character, complexity, and aromas which reflect the essence of the Mediterranean.
The festival represents the island of Korčula as an excellent wine destination with a rich offer of top quality white wines, allowing visitors to taste the best of what the island has to offer.
