If you’re a fan of olive oil, then there is no better place to be than the island of Korcula. Uljara Zlokic was founded in 1995 in Velika Luka. The Zlokic family, in particular, is known for being one of the leading olive oil producers on the island. The family’s collection boasts many old-fashioned tools for olive oil making, including a 15th-century wooden olive press and an 18th-century hydraulic compression system. The family’s oil mill is 700 square meters and is located in Vela Luka.
