Frank McGinley

Frank retired from the FCO a few years ago. After working in Zagreb he and his wife bought a house in Vrboska, where he spends ever more of his time. He offers the Vrboska perspective from his chair among the intelligentsia in Café Paparazzi on the left bank of the riva.
