The freshness of spring? Not quite...
As DuList reported on the 30th of March 2017, Dubrovnik smashed its record for the otherwise sunny but fairly bland month of March as temperatures rose to an impressive 26.6 degrees celsius this afternoon at around 15:00.
According to Cro Meteo, the tried and trusted go-to information source for all things regarding weather in the country, the previous record for this time of year in Dubrovnik was 23 degrees celsius, a temperature which was measured on the 26th of March back in 1977.
It has been claimed that bura last night in Dalmatia caused the general air temperature to rise and that pattern seemingly continued throughout the morning, causing a wave of very high temperature measurements throughout the area, from locations in central Dalmatia such as Split, through to Knin and much further south to Metkovic and Ploce.
