The 4th Annual Cakes and Ice Cream Festival takes place in Crikvenica this weekend from September 10-11.
It’s getting sweeter, and I think we know why. Crikvenica, Jadranovo and Selce welcome visitors to imbibe in a full display of attractive and tasty Croatian treats this weekend for the 4th annual Cakes and Ice Cream Festival.
Pastry shops, cafes, hotels, and restaurants from the area are all coming together to prepare a special offer of sweets for patrons of the festival. You can enjoy delicacies like a “Frankopan” cake, sushi crepes, homemade ice cream, and classics like tiramisu - let’s not forget Restaurant Kantunic’s take on chocolate balls “Miramare” filled with homemade ice cream of white coffee and whiskey.

All of these new and imaginative flavors will be coupled with a rich entertainment program in the center of Crikvenica at Stjepan Radic Square. You can choose from traditional pastry workshops to animation for children. There will even be a concert program by “Mistral” band and performances by folklore groups.
