Croatia's Coronavirus Update: 974 New Cases, Nine Deaths

ZAGREB, 14 Sept, 2021 - Over the past 24 hours, Croatia has registered 974 new COVID-19 cases and there have been nine related deaths, while the number of active cases stands at 5,818, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Tuesday.

There are 600 hospitalised patients, 59 of whom are on ventilators, while 679 people have recovered.

In the last 24 hours, 10,228 people have been tested, and there are currently 13,394 people in self-isolation.

To date, 43.44% of the total population, or 52.15% of the adult population have got vaccinated.

Croatia's Coronavirus Update: 167 New Cases, 592 Hospitalized Patients, 751 Recoveries

ZAGREB, 13 Sept 2021 - In the last 24 hours, Croatia has conducted 3,871 coronavirus tests, and 167 have returned positive (4.3%), the national COVID-19 crisis management team reported on Monday.

There are currently 5,532 active cases, and 592 are hospitalized patients including 59 placed on ventilators.

In the last 24 hours, seven patients infected with coronavirus have died, raising the COVID-related death toll to 8,447.

Since the first registered case of the infection with this novel virus in Croatia, 384,082 people have caught the virus, and of them, 370,103 have recovered, including 751 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

To date, 43.37% of the total population, or 52.07% of the adult population have got vaccinated.

Croatia Reports 807 New Coronavirus Cases, 13 Deaths

ZAGREB, 12 Sept, 2021 - Croatia has registered 807 new coronavirus cases and 13 COVID-19-related deaths in the last 24 hours, the national COVID-19 response team said on Sunday.

Currently, 572 infected people are receiving hospital treatment and 62 of them are on ventilators. The number of active cases stands at 6,123, and 12,468 persons are self-isolating.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first case was recorded in the country, 383,915 people have been registered as having been infected with the novel virus, of whom 8,440 have died and 369,352 have recovered, including 814 in the last 24 hours.

To date, 2,658,977 people have been tested for the virus, including 9,857 in the last 24 hours.

A total of 3,330,644 doses of vaccines have been administered so far, with 43.36% of the total population, or 52.06% of adults, having received at least one dose, while 1,649,627 adults or 48.87% have been fully inoculated.

Croatia Logs 1,162 New Coronavirus Cases, 14 Deaths

ZAGREB, 11 Sept, 2021 - Croatia has registered 1,162 new coronavirus cases and 14 COVID-19-related deaths in the last 24 hours, the national COVID-19 response team said on Saturday.

A total of 559 infected persons are receiving hospital treatment and 55 of them are on ventilators. Currently there are 6,143 active cases in the country, and 12,937 people are self-isolating.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first case was recorded in Croatia, 383,108 people have been registered as having contracted the novel virus, of whom 8,427 have died and 368,538 have recovered, including 696 in the last 24 hours.

A total of 2,649,120 people have been tested to date, including 10,651 in the last 24 hours. 3,326,927 vaccine doses have been administered, with 43.31% of the total population, or 52% of adults, having received at least one dose. 1,647,073 persons have been fully inoculated, which is 48.80% of the adult population.

Croatia's Coronavirus Update: 941 New Cases, 10 Deaths

ZAGREB, 9 Sept 2021 - In the last 24 hours, 9,987 coronavirus tests have been performed in Croatia and of them, 941 (9.4%) have returned positive, while the COVID-19-related death toll has risen by 10 to 8,405, the national COVID-19 crisis management team reported on Thursday.

There are currently 5,335 active cases and, among them, 554 are receiving hospital treatment, including 58 patients on ventilators.

Since its first registered case of the coronavirus infection on 25 February 2020, Croatia has tested 2,628,116 people. The country has registered 380,904 positive cases and 367,164 recoveries, of which 605 in the past 24 hours.

So far, 43.13% of the total population, or 51.79% of adults, have been vaccinated. The share of the fully vaccinated adult population is 48.59%.

Croatia's Coronavirus Update: 1,237 New Cases, 10 Deaths

ZAGREB, 8 Sept, 2021 - In the last 24 hours, 10,928 coronavirus tests have been performed in Croatia and of them 1,237 (11.3%) have returned positive, while the COVID-related death toll has risen by 10 to 8,395, the national COVID-19 crisis management team reported on Wednesday.

There are currently 5,009 active cases, and of them 540 are receiving hospital treatment, including 62 patients on ventilators.

Since its first registered case of the coronavirus infection on 25 February 2020, Croatia has conducted 2,618,129 tests. The country has registered 379,963 positive cases and 366,559 recoveries, of which 417 in the past 24 hours.

So far, 43.05% of the total population, or 51.69% of adults, have been vaccinated. The share of the  fully vaccinated adult population is 48.50%.

Croatia Logs 704 New Coronavirus Cases, 10 Deaths

ZAGREB, 7 Sept, 2021 - In the past 24 hours, 704 coronavirus cases and 10 deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Tuesday.

There are currently 4,199 active cases, including 518 patients who are hospitalised, of whom 57 are on ventilators.

Currently 8,862 persons are self-isolating.

Croatia has registered 378,726 coronavirus cases to date, including 8,385 deaths and 366,142 recoveries, of which 527 in the past 24 hours.

To date, 2,607,201 persons have been tested for the virus, including 10,077 in the past 24 hours.

To date, 42.98% of the total population has been vaccinated against COVID-19, including 51.61% of adults, 48.40% of whom have completed vaccination.

Croatia Logs 184 New Coronavirus Cases, Five Deaths

ZAGREB, 6 Sept 2021 - In the past 24 hours, 184 coronavirus cases and five deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Monday.

Currently, 8,661 persons are self-isolating.

To date, 2,597,124 persons have been tested for the virus, including 3,942 in the past 24 hours.

Croatia has registered 378,022 coronavirus cases to date, including 8,375 deaths and 365,615 recoveries, of which 578 in the past 24 hours.

To date, 42.91% of the total population has been vaccinated against COVID-19, including 51.53% of adults, 48.31% of whom have completed vaccination.

Croatia’s Coronavirus Update: 539 New Cases, 485 Hospitalisations, 8 Deaths

ZAGREB, 5 Sept, 2021 - In the last 24 hours, Croatia has conducted 9,174 coronavirus tests, and 5.8%, or 539 of them, have turned out to be positive, and eight COVID-19 patients have died, bringing the COVID-related death toll to 8,370, the national coronavirus crisis management team said on Sunday.

Currently, there are 4,431 active cases of the infection in the country, and 485 of them are receiving hospital treatment, including 52 patients who are on ventilators.

Since 25 February 2020, when Croatia reported its first registered COVID-19 case, more than 2.59 million tests have been conducted, showing that 377,838 people have caught the virus. Of them, 365,037 have recovered to date, including 552 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

Since the start of its vaccine rollout, Croatia has administered nearly 3.3 million doses of vaccines, and 42.9% of the total population, or 51.51% of adult citizens, have been vaccinated.

According to the statement, 1,555,960 people have been double vaccinated plus 74,299 who have received a single-dose of the Janssen vaccine, and that makes up 48.30% of the adult population.

Croatia’s Coronavirus Update: 882 New Cases, Seven Deaths, 579 Recoveries

ZAGREB, 4 Sept, 2021 - In the last 24 hours, Croatia has conducted 10,271coronavirus tests, and 8.5%, or 882 of them, have turned out to be positive, and seven COVID-19 patients have died, bringing the COVID-related death toll to 8,362, the national coronavirus crisis management team said on Saturday.

Currently, there are 4,452 active cases of the infection in the country, and of them, 469 are receiving hospital treatment, including 59 patients on ventilators.

Since 25 February 2020, when Croatia reported its first registered COVID-19 case, more than 2.58 million tests have been conducted, showing that 377,299 people have caught the virus. Of them, 364,485 have recovered to date, including 579 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

Since the start of its vaccine rollout, Croatia has administered nearly 3.3 million vaccines, and 42.85% of the total population, or 51.45% of adult citizens, have been vaccinated.

To date, 48.25% of the adult population have fully been immunised.
