Sangha Yoga Studio
This studio located in the centre has various classes, both at beginner and advanced levels. You can choose between ABC, Prenatal, Basic, Ashtanga, Chandra Flow, Easy Flow, or Integral Vinyasa. The prices vary between 170 kn (4 classes per month) and 400 kn (unlimited number of classes within a month), with a 15% discount for students, retired persons, and the unemployed.
The studio also has various workshops that you can attend to improve your yoga knowledge and your health. There are also free yoga classes once a week, led by junior teachers who are in teacher training.

There are various locations around Zagreb where you can do this type of yoga which has various health and therapeutic benefits. It’s based on ancient Indian Hatha Yoga techniques and adapted to contemporary way of life, focusing mostly on the recreational aspect of yoga in order to eliminate the harmful effects of stress and our sedentary way of life.
The emphasis is on the actual exercises, so the groups are not divided into beginner or advanced levels, but they’re adapted so that most people can do them. The prices are 250 and 270 kn per month.

Ashtanga Yoga (MYSORE and Ashtanga Vinyasa), Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Prana Flow, Slow Flow, Sri Sri Yoga, and Beginner Yoga are your options if you choose this studio. There are also special Corporate Yoga programs for companies, as well as individual lessons.
Anti-stress Art of Living workshops are held here every first Friday of the month.

4. OM joga
OM Joga focuses on dynamic yoga styles, such as Ashtanga, Dharma, Vinyasa Flow, or Power Yoga, meaning that this is the right choice for you if you want to improve your flexibility and strength. However, there are also various other classes, such as relaxation techniques and meditation. The goal of OM joga is to improve the quality of living and spread positive thinking.
If you want to do yoga at this studio 2 times per week, it’s going to cost 200 kn, whereas unlimited use costs 300 kn per month. Students and retired persons get a 50 kn discount.

5. Gaia Yoga
You can attend daily yoga classes in Gaia: their specialty is Ashtanga style - Mysore & Led, but they also offer classes for beginners, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa & Slow Flow, Prenatal & Post Natal yoga, and meditation. Classes are held in Croatian and English, and private classes are also available in German and Italian.
The prices vary from 160 kn (4 classes within 30 days) and 900 kn (unlimited access within 90 days). Discount is available for student, retired persons and GaiaYoga TTmembers.
