Johann Franck Offers Free Coffee for International Coffee Day

By 30 September 2017

Franck is celebrating its 125th birthday and offering free cups of coffee at Johann Franck tomorrow!

We all know just how important coffee is here in Croatia, and especially in Zagreb (it even has its own cultural phenomenon – špica on Saturdays), and the most famous coffee in the city is undoubtedly our locally produced Franck coffee.

Its story began in 1892 in Vodovodna Street, where the company is still located.
As Zagreb.info reports on September 30, 2017, Franck is a long-standing brand that has managed to stay synonymous with quality coffee for 125, which is no small feat!

Franck grupa has seen an 8% growth in the first half of 2017, compared to 2016. Sales and the market share of the most significant categories in Croatia and big foreign markets have also increased – there has been a 3% increase in sales in Slovenia, for example.

It’s simple – most people can’t live without their coffee – and why would they?
Coffee means taking a break, listening to a good story, spending time with your friends and hearing good news, and it has always been an integral part of social events in the region.
If you can’t spare change for a cup of coffee, it means that you’re going through a rough period in your life.

That is why Franck has decided to offer free cups of coffee to Zagreb coffee lovers who visit Johann Franck, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. tomorrow, on October 1, 2017.

You can also try a new espresso blend – Franck 125 Years Edition, made specially for the 125th anniversary. While you sip your coffee, you will taste an exotic aroma of coffee grown in Latin America and, even if it is just for a second, be transported to Colombian coffee plantations.
